Sally Collection’s product are made specifically for photography purpose, therefore leaving on child unattended is not recommended. 

RETURNS

Sally Collection’s products are all handmade and taken care of until sold to any customers. All products sold at our shop have already been made.

PRODUCT FAULTY

If by any chance a product provided by Sally Collection is faulty at arrival to customer, then we can replace it if the protection plan was bought together with that item which you can find on the ‘Ad-on’ section in our shop. It is very much unlikely to come across a situation like this because we keep these products protected from the day that they start to get worked on until the day that they are ready. We make our products meet %100 of the customers expectation before they are posted at the post office. 

SHIPPING

All products purchased will ship within 7-14 business days. Business days are classified as in Monday through Friday. Holidays do not count as business days. However, we always keep busy and make sure every order is taken care of and posted at the post office as soon as possible.

SHIPPING METHODS

All products purchased will ship through USPS. Sally Collection is not responsible for any lost/damaged/stolen products in the process of being shipped. All products shipped will have a tracking number.
